Check it out. It's been dormant for a month or so, but we're getting back into after a meeting of the beards last night.
Thanks

New Website
Hey everyone!
For those of you who are actually reading this at this point in the game I just posted a new website.
I'm still tweaking some things but the bulk of it up, so check it out and let me know what you think. Or better yet pass it a long to your friend who's an art director at a magazine.

Influences
So before I start posting my photos on here, I figured I'd show some photographers that I'm interested in/influenced by:
Galen Rowell is a photographer that was recently shown to me, and he was exactly the type of photographer that I'm aspiring to be. He was a climber and mountaineer and photographed landscapes as well as back country sports. Besides putting out a bunch of books, he was regularly published in National Geographic, and Life.

Another photographer whose work I love is Sebastião Salgado. A Brazilian photographer who photographs inorder to help. He photographs the world's poverty and people doing the real "dirty jobs" to get people to see the ugly truth, takes amazing shots of the environment to show the world what we're destroying, as well as just documenting the people of this world. All of his work(that I've seen) is black and white, extremely detailed, and the prints are absolutely amazing.
